She makes sure she understands your needs and desires to find a good fit for a Medicare plan and then goes to work reviewing all the high quality plans to select the top three for you to review. It gave me confidence that I was getting the best plan that matched my needs. Sounds simple but few play by these rules….know your customer and meet their needs through excellent service! And she does great follow up and is available to answer questions and resolve any things that come up, I couldn’t ask for more.
